Hi there,

You do an amazing job producing this and I don't pretend to understand most
of it, but would like to learn now I have more time (semi retired). I've
just acquired my radio ham call sign and intend to study to pass for my
full licence by the end of the year... Number stations fascinate me...

Noted.

Discontinuance would put a damper on the open source guys.? Even so, 
keep the website up.? (For those who forgot to download, they do so en 
masse.)

Then again N&O 300 would be a nice round number.

Likewise, I am just a reader - but greatly appreciate all the work that goes into this.  I first came across ?the Lincolnshire Poacher? (not that I knew what it was fhen) when I was a DJ on ?the Voice of Peace? ship-based pirate radio station ?Somewhere In The Mediterranean?. We had a short wave radio on the bridge and I used to go there to listen to the BBC World Service, but would often find myself listening to the random numbers and wondering what on earth jt was.  Am now presenting one of the main news programmes on the WS radio station; remain fascinated by the fact numbers stations are still going; would love to do a feature or programme about them one day. Ary,

 

I'm a loyal reader and appreciate the time and work that goes into the N&O
and your other reports. It would be a shame for it to end but I also know
that all projects eventually need a "successor" as otherwise they won't
continue indefinitely. Whatever you decide, know that it's appreciated as a
valuable resource.
