I have serious questions about the validity of this signal. Or the other
new one with the voice similar to E03.

Recently on the "Number Stations" sub-Reddit, a couple of recordings of
what sounds like a polytone signal have been recorded on 6139 kHz at
approximately 1120 UTC.
I have tried to decode the signal using both Sorcerer and Rivet 90, without
any success.

Can anyone identify this signal? It sounds a bit like XPA or XPA2, with
some slight differences. I haven't tried monitoring for this signal, so I
don't know whether this was a one-off broadcast, or whether it repeats on a
schedule.
