[Spooks] Russian S06 "Russian Man" number station at 11487 kHz

There is no null message, Curt. It is just the normal weekly transmission that
is repeated on 9412 kHz 30 minutes later. (Probably as the result of
interference it sent yesterday on 9408 kHz). The message will repeat today
(Sunday) on 13945 kHz 0930z and 11128 kHz 1000z.

It starts with id 480 for 4 minutes, then the preamble followed by the
message.
