Faraday cage won't work when you are dealing with 1.94 um mid infrared
lasers as well as scalar wave phenomenon that don't interact with the
matter between emitter and target only impacting the collimation point of
the heterodyning signals.  Like a gamma knife to obliterate cancer cells in
the brain or binaural beats generated via frequency variance and wave
amplification or cancellation that cause the target to perceive the sum or
remainder freq in the brain not through the tympanic membrane vibration
from pressure waves.  The microwave hearing effect (well defined
phenomenon) is but one of several tactics that those responsible for this
incredible injustice utilize.  To my mind it is likely the combination of
infrasonic, ultrasonic, mid infrared, as well as a wide range of radio
frequency signals that elicit electron quantum state excitation and
subsequent photonic emission as equillibrium is achieved of Ca+, Al, Be,
Ti, ions in vivo.  With micro RFID tech a cochlear implant effect could
easilly be achieved let alone the recent developments in nano antenna which
could be far more advanced in military application than any of us could
possibly imagine.
As a final statement: it if you haven't the courageous unbiased true spirit
of a scientist or the debth or breadth of knowledge to intelligently engage
in this discussion it would be helpful if you didn't chime in with the
predictable and dross 'tinfoil hat' comments.  We can all roll our eyes at
what I'm describing and marginalize my account sticking to the physics we
were taught decades ago. This is what is to be expected however the ACTUAL
states of affairs are radically divergent from what is even currently being
taught in American Universities. We now are living in a time where
researchers have in peer reviewed journals demonstrated: action at a
distance, quantum entanglement, scalar wave phenomenon, time crystals,
synthetic telepathy, microwave hearing effect and many many more seemingly
magical phenomenon that are paradoxical (In the ancient Greek sense,
meaning against common know how) yet these things are real and no doubt are
being exploited by the various military applications worldwide.  Please
have a true scientific investigative spirit and maybe your unique set of
knowledge will unlock something incredible for all of humanity.
