[Spooks] Question re decoding XPB MFSK signal

I'm hoping that someone on the list here may be able to help me decode the
XPB MFSK signals.

Priyom gives some detail about the baud rate, etc.:

I tried using Rivet decoder, but couldn't get any settings that I tried to
work. If any of you can suggest Rivet settings for this, or even a
completely different software program to use, it would be most appreciated.
