[Spooks] Update re EAM Watch "seizure" by Dept. of Homeland Security

Internal disagreements, stuff that lawsuits are made of.

Example, my signature line website ends in dot.com, some other guy that
sued owns the same domain ending in dot org out of spite.  Of course it
will never end.
