[Spooks] E11 number station transmitting on Canadian Time Signal frequency

 I tuned into 7850 kHz in order to catch the Russian E11 "Oblique" number
station and discovered that it was transmitting on the same frequency as
the Canadian Time Signal.

UTC time and date appear in the UTC widget seen at the top right of the
video screen.
