Russian E07 "English Man" number station at 10739 kHz (long message).
Recorded from my Seattle, WA USA radio shack via the UTwente WebSDR at 1840
UTC, Wednesday, March 29. The two previous transmissions of this broadcast,
at 1800 and 1820 UTC, were jammed by other signals on frequency and were
not readable. 15 minutes prior to this transmission, a very strong carrier
signal was transmitted, along with several very strong "pulses" of some
kind. I have not transcribed the number groups. Video of transmission here:
