I understand that I need to listen for this transmission on an SDR out of
Israel but I didn't quite understand what you meant by "pasta country." Can
you elaborate?

I did find one SDR that is located in Ariel, Israel. I'm hoping that it may
work in order to record this rather elusive station. The link to the
