[Spooks] Musical notes heard on 40 Mtr band

One oddity that still seems quite interesting to me however was the introduction of a combination of modes such as in the "Cuban" Nunbers transmissions with a group or two spoken by the friendly and familiar female Spanish voice followed by a digital file, then another group or two sponen and more digital. For some reason I really REALLY want to know what's in thise digital segments.  Those transmissions come in quite loud here in Ohio. Generally always S9+.

Yes, true, but they are almost never digital. Almost all, if not all,
of the pirate/spook activity I've heard in the ham bands is either CW
or voice (SSB/AM).
