[Spooks] Strange Symphony to 14077 kHz

14.077 Mhz is inside the Amatwur Radio 20m band. What you are hearing is the symphony of HF-JT65 users. Its a slow digital mode we use. Using HF-JT65 software you can listen in. Half of the transmissions start on alternate minutes. The quiet time is processing time for computers to decode the messages.

Hearing it also using the University of Twente SDR receiver. 
Sounds like multiple signals mixing together
