[Spooks] Does anyone know the frequencies for HAARP?

It depends on what kind of experiments they are doing. There are no fixed
frequencies. They are generally in the range of 2 to 3.5 MHz. They do not
go into any ham bands. Sometimes 4 to 6 MHz also, but the phenomena they
are generally researching happen in the lower frequency band.
In the past, some experiments required transmissions on a single frequency
for 15 to 20 seconds and then moving on to a new frequency. Some involved
slowly sweeping frequency over a range.
