[Spooks] S06s operator chat

I copied operator chat before and after the transmissions on 9220/8270 kHz, 31-10, 0830/0840 UTC.

The message was a  null message: 371 371 317 000

I recorded both frequencies from 0820 till the carrier was switched off at ca 0849 UTC.

Here is the transcript, with thanks to several Russian speaking radio friends.

9220 kHz, 0820-0830 UTC	
Male operator saying:
Desyatyy - vo vneshneye upravleniye. = Number ten - to external control. (Russian)
Odin, dva, VMK. = One, two, VMK. (Russian)
Odin, dva - dlya nakala. = One, two - for heating up. (Russian)
Dva - dlya nakala. = Two - for heating up. (Russian)
Tochno. = Exactly. (Russian)
Odin. = One. (Ukrainian or Russian with Ukrainian accent)
Odin, desyat'. = One, ten. (Ukrainian or Russian with Ukrainian accent)
Then S06s started: 371 371 371 00000
Then the operator was heard again: Devyatnadtsatyy - 82 70, perestraivayu. = 19th - 82 70, I am re-tuning. (Russian)

8270 kHz, 0840-0848 UTC
371 (S06s with a male voice in the background, unintelligible). (Russian)
Then S06s started: 371 371 371 00000
After S06s the operator says: Devyatnadtsatyy, zamykayem. = 19th, we are closing. (Russian)
