[Spooks] GRU using Windows XP

I bet the computers used by the operators are stand alone pc's that have no network connection.
I think all they do is enter the message to be sent, select voice, speed and done.
Someone also reported a winxp shutdown sound after an E06 TX.
Also I don't think wine sends out windows error sounds and shutdown sounds.

Maybe they are emulating software by using Wine under linux?  Wine is closer to XP than 7 or 8.1 is it not?

(Wasn't in they news they had to migrate to linux?)
