[Spooks] Misplaced HM01 on 03/21/16 @ 05 UT (usually 5855 KHz)

Hi Shawn,

It's still there but the conditions are poor latterly. I copied them
readably on the 20th. Yesterday and today I saw a weak carrier but it was
too weak to tell if there was a transmission

Heard @ ~ 9935 KHz (one of the rare times I have actually heard it since I
turned 58 on March 14). Numbers were:
                                               83545 33861 57328 02716 88141
60184

Not heard since at my usual monitoring times (not even on 3/23 # 05 UT).
Does anyone know anything about what's going on with this numbers station?
Is it being "phased out"? Shut down? Repairing transmitter?
