Heard @ ~ 9935 KHz (one of the rare times I have actually heard it since I turned 58 on March 14). Numbers were:
                                               83545 33861 57328 02716 88141 60184

Not heard since at my usual monitoring times (not even on 3/23 # 05 UT). Does anyone know anything about what's going on with this numbers station? Is it being "phased out"? Shut down? Repairing transmitter?

I copied hm01 here near Chicago this past weekend 11435khz Sunday local afternoon if I'm not mistaken - at work so no access to log but it was absolutely this past weekend 3/19 or 20.

It's still there but the conditions are poor latterly. I copied them
readably on the 20th. Yesterday and today I saw a weak carrier but it was
too weak to tell if there was a transmission

Is there a recording posted of this somewhere?  I tried looking for the
station on 9935, 11.435 and 9330 kHz on WebSDR (
http://websdr.ewi.utwente.nl:8901/)  last night around 1600 Z.

Also was it normal for some of the numbers to be slightly different between
Shawn's and Ary's reports?

The groups usually increase by 1 each day. It happens that they transmit the same groups for days, but the rule is that each group increases by 1. So 83544 becomes 83545 the next day etc.

After 9 a new group starts, usually completely different from the old one. So 83549 changes the next day in say 54980 and then increases every day by 1 etc

Wow, very interesting.  It it hard finding the logic of it.  Must be a test
of some sort as it does not fit what would be used as a cipher.  In the
examples that you gave were they actual?  In 83549, the "549" is common to
both numbers only shifted over in 54980.

It is not clear what intel the spoken numbers include. Addressee and message info is most likely. The messages are sent using RDFT, the data that you can hear after each spoken number. The data contains encrypted files. The file names of the files include part of the message header. The first 4 digits of the spoken numbers are the last 4 digits of the file names

Thank you for the info.  I Googled "RDFT" and heard sample recordings of
it.  I had realized that I did hear this before and even recorded it.

Hi,
March 29, 2016 had the Dutch SDR on last night.
 From 1930 zulu (GMT) for about an hour  observed a s9+10db CW signal on 
4760 Kcs sending individual cw characters  at around 17wpm character 
speed but more spaced rather normal spacing, as an unending stream 
rather than in  groups of five.
March 28, 2016  observed 5 minutes bursts  of streaming cw at about 17 
wpm  on various spot frequencies between 10492  and 10892 Kcs over a 
period of 30 minutes from 2000 zulu  with each transmission popping up 
on a different frequency.  ? Maybe some kind of simplex net.  Cw speed 
varied from slow (?12wpm) to medium speed (?17wpm).
