[Spooks] Number Station of 13428.00 Kcs USB

Hi, I was listening again tonight (June 22) on 13428.00 Kcs USB and 
managed get the full 15 minutes, starting with the big carrier, at 1930 
Zulu (UTC)  then 10 minutes of "machine noise" (4 Kcs wide USB) maybe 
some kind of data transmission, then the full voice over of numbers, 
(USB) with the "machine noise" still in background,  finally whole lot 
off air 3 seconds after the numbers 000 twice.
Total transmission 21 minutes (14 minutes of machine noise 7 minutes of 
numbers)
