He might know more about stations being JAMMED, being based in Taiwan, where several broadcasts are daily jammed from Mainland China. I'm sure people like Glenn Hauser (from World of Radio) know him well and could tell you much more about Keith (but contacting him through the first link should yield much more info). He's definitely not an "amateur" in the radio biz -- that's for sure.
