While tuning 4 Megs via the Dutch SDR, picked up tail end of S9+10dB voice
transmission not in English on 4870 Kcs at 195, and finished at
1958 zulu.  Dial Marker says "POL S11 Polish Spy Number Station".  
Language sounded like Russian
