I heard Spanish numbers on 17480 KHZ spoken by a female and starting at around 23:35 UT to 23:48 UT. Groups of 5 numbers were sent between some sort of data transmissions. Then there was a dead carrier. Sincerely, Bruce Atchison, author of 3 thought-provoking memoirs.
