[Spooks] N&O 2008 correction

Hi Ary,

I've done some HM01 observations this morning, which didn't match your 
current chart:

* 0600 UTC - 14375 kHz
* 0700 UTC - 13435 kHz
* 0800 UTC - 11635 kHz

That is, it used the old frequencies.
