[Spooks] M24 does have a regular schedule

Today I found the following M24 transmission:

This sounded familiar to me. Looking at my older logs:

* February 17th, 2014 (3rd Monday), 19:00, 6924 CW, 381 457 102 = = ...

Looking at the ENIGMA 2000 Newsletter #82, RNGB reported the following:

* March 3rd, 2014 (1st Monday), 19:00, 8158 CW, 381 620 149 = = ...
* March 3rd, 2014 (1st Monday), 19:30, 6836 CW, 381 620 149 = = ...

On UDXF, Tom in England found the following:

* February 18th, 2014 (Tuesday after 3rd Monday), 04:30, 5093 CW, 381 
457 102 = = ...

Therefore it looks like we have an M24 regular schedule, on 1st and 3rd 
Monday of the month at 20:00 and 20:30 (from November to March, at 19:00 
and 19:30), which repeats the following Tuesdays at 05:00 and 05:30 
(from November to March, 04:00 and 04:30). The Tuesday repeats use the 
same frequencies as the Monday sendings. Odd that they shift one hour 
backward for winter, rather than forward.

Therefore, I expect the next M24 tomorrow, October 21st, at 05:00 on 
7664 and 05:30 on 6794.
