[Spooks] Messed up E17z transmission with ID "274"

Great catch, Tomas. They seem to goof every time they have a longer message
than 5 groups. It must be difficult, so many groups -;)))

Hi Spooks,

SLUFF on twente first noticed the ID "274" at 1346z, on 10.240 MHz.
SWL Spain informed Priyom and totoCZ/CrysisLTU started recording at 1355z.

This transmission also features S06s voice, abrupt stops and incorrect IDs
at the start and end..
Both "991 68" and "859 30" were announced.
