Hello friends of random numbers,

I think you'll be interested to know that one of our members has managed
to discover the Polish E11 Oblique transmission site.

We're fairly sure it's the same site that was used for E23 in the past,
based on old bearings from 1998 that go in that direction.

Priyom originally wanted to visit the site to check the signal
strenghts, but the recent thunderstorms have confirmed we've got the
correct location.
