You're probably thinking of the Oki 900, but I seem to recall that there 
was at least one variant sold under another manufacturer's name.

IIRC, the sequence to get into debug mode was MENU, SEND, END, RCL, STO, 
CLR.  The phone would display 'good timing!!' on its screen, and I 
forget pretty much everything fun from that point on.  Still have a 
couple in storage (with CTEK cables) somewhere.
