As noted in other reports, not to mention Google Earth imagery, Lourdes 
was completely demolished and turned over to Cuba.  The new occupant of 
the site was a large technical school.

Elsewhere it is reported that nowhere near as many personnel will be 
required this time, due to advances in technology.  No further details 
were given.  I'm sure that's secret.

They quote an anonymous government/military source as saying, "I can say 
only one thing: finally!"

Interesting times ahead.
