[Spooks] My 2nd question about NS

Good morning.
I've often analyzed schedules of previsions – really reliable, if not
absolutely precise – of NS transmissions presented in each issue of
ENIGMA2000. I've noticed that a lot of programs are broadcast during
days and times that coincide with common work times and shifts. It is
often said that agents work undercover and that they conduct a normal
life to avoid suspects, with a life of normal work. Messages are
broadcast during work times and shifts: how is it possible for the
agents busy at work to listen to the messages? Or messages sending is
perfectly calculated and fit exactly with the agents life style? Maybe
a message is sent on monday morning because who sends it knows that is
the day off of the agent who has to receive it? Or maybe they are sent
after 17 because who send them knows that the agent ends his work
shift at 16:30? or is it even calculated that he records the message
and listen to it as soon as he comes back home? If so, transmissions
would be much less obvious if realized during nightime; why it is not
so?
Thank you, cheers
