[Spooks] 9370 and 3215 simultaneous transmissions about 4 hours ago as heard in Indiana

They probably are from WWRB, Morrison TN, USA!  Aoki's schedules shown below for the Overcomer Ministry on WWRB are inaccurate since they overlap between 0000 UT and 0100 UT -- this is impossible since both frequencies come from one transmitter from this station:

Your msg states you wrote in at about 6:30 PM-- you mentioned you're in Indiana (which maybe in Central or Eastern Time, don't know for South Bend). If Eastern, this was around 2330 UT, so 9370 makes sense as a WWRB frequency (but towards the end of their transmission at that frequency to change over to 3185, not 3215 kHz); if Central it was one hour earlier [2230 UT] and still OK according to my quick analysis....

According to http://transition.fcc.gov/ib/sand/neg/hf_web/B13FCC01.TXT,  WWRB is using 3215, from 2100 UT until 0200 UT (column titles omitted, but row 1 is apparently current):

Note that 9370 is being used by WWRB as well according to the FCC:

There is clearly a three hour overlap (2100 - 2400 UTC) where both 3215 and 9370 are being used by WWRB (and well could be used for transmissions, including music, for the Last Day Prophet of God). Note that there HAS been more music on the Ministry broadcasts ever since the expansion to WRMI, WHRI, etc. since the beginning of 2014.I know this because I happen to listen to The Overcomer on a semi-regular basis when HM01 is nowhere to be found. Therefore, I believe that you simply stumbled into a NORMAL transmission from WWRB (which is definitely south of you in South Bend IN) which is clearly NOT FROM CUBA!!!!
