[Spooks] New members and a lot of questions about Numbers Stations

Good evening to everybody,
I'm a new member. I decided to subscribe mainly beacuse I have some
questions about number stations. I am a follower of this phenomena and
in the last couple of years have collected a lot of techincal
questions, born in my head, for what about various aspects. I would
like to send these questions, one at a time, to the forum so with more
experienced people we can do some brain storm and try to find an
answer.
