[Spooks] While hiking today

I was hiking in the Pike National Forest today and listening on my KA1103
and caught the tail end of Spy message (five letter cipher groups) on 8008
kHz and  according to the clock on the little rig the transmission end at
2328 utc.

I wonder if anyone from this forum hike around with a portable receiver in
their shirt pocket at times?  I do quite often and catch a neat signal from
time to time.
