I confirm your Rx of an HM01 ID bearing a 9 (despite the unusually heavy QRM) on 5855 at 05:00 2014-01-01. 10345KHz at 06:00 was much clearer: "56792 03633 37674 18655 62113 66163".

HM01's airtime seems to be determined by the clock rather than by the content. Perhaps now they are repeating messages n times within x amount of time instead of repeating messages however many times they can within x amount of time.
Then again, when Pedro oopses, the best laid plans o' mice and men go aft a'glay.

That would require so much contingency planning that I think it highly improbable - especially when we consider Pedro's "oops" record.
