[Spooks] one time pad and repeated messages

A small point about terminology.
I am no expert either, but it seems to me that a one-time "pad" is
like a pad of paper, consisting of a number of individual sheets all
attached together at the top.
Once a message has been encrypted, or decrypted, the associated sheet
is destroyed, not the pad.
The pad isn't destroyed until all the sheets comprising it have been
destroyed, at which point the pad no longer exists.
A small point but perhaps a necessary one.
