HI, this is my question:
at the beginning of messages it is almost always possible to hear a
group of numbers repeated a lot of times that seems to be the codename
of the recipient. Very often we can notice 3 digits numbers; it is
well and historically known (even by movies and novels) that agents
codenames are often represented by 3 digits numbers. A typical case is
007. It's easy to think that could exists a standard used to call and
register agents. Is it so? Who has decided that standard, when, why?
Speaking about secrecy, would it be better if any intelligence use its
own method? Or a common method has been chosen for everyone hoping
that, among a lot of similar names, noone is recognizable?
