[Spooks] Repeating sounds on 7077 kHz

Allan,

Please check out that link. It will tell you all about JT65 (or JT65A, 
as it's now called). It's a digital mode used by ham radio operators. 
Definitely not a spy station. For more on ham radio, check out Radio 
Amateurs of Canada at https://www.rac.ca/ or the American Radio Relay 
League at http://www.arrl.org/ .
