Hello -

I just updated, after six years, my number-station/OTP creator program at

https://sourceforge.net/projects/papazulu/

It's a perl program for Linux to be run on a console/terminal, so I have
no idea on how anyone would run it on Windows.

Anyway, it's free and on the GPL. The "sound" directory contains
letters, numbers and "end of message", "group", etc. taken from E10
years ago, so that directory might be useful even for Win users.

I'm sure there are bugs, so when you find some pls let me know :-)
