Good evening everybody, I have a new question for you: I seem to have
realized that a lot of trasmissions are empty messages, this means that
trasmissions are produced even if there's nothing to send: the name of the
recipient is called a lot of time and then there is nothing to be said. Is
this a non-sense? Why empty trasmissions are sent anyway?
