I've been musing over the odd callups over the last five days.  First of all, "83381" is definitely being announced slower than the other five callups by about 0.2 seconds per digit.  Second, "83381" headed the callups today and on the 20th, but not on the 23rd when "56801" headed the callup - and "56801" was announced at the usual speed.  Finally, with the UN in session (and Manhattan in lockdown-induced gridlock), one can't help but wonder...
