[Spooks] HAM Stuff [was: Re: Lincolnshire poacher]

*FCC Regs state it is LAWFULL to use ANY means of communication at your
disposal in an EMERGENCY to summon help!*
Therefore it is legal to own ANY radio Transmitter and or Transciever in
the United States including ones that work on Police frequencies, which I
have done.
They don't like it and On Site officer may take the radio, BUT they will
have  to return it like it or not.
I have  had  that happen 4 times across the USA.
