[Spooks] HAM Stuff [was: Re: Lincolnshire poacher]

I used to routinely be able to hear the Lincolnshire Poacher in Illinois on
15 and 16 MHz frequencies in the morning before going to work. That
would've been around 1200-1300Z. I also was able to hear many Mossad E10
transmissions on many frequencies and hours of the day. I miss those!
