Many thanks Christopher for this nice numbers journey into the past. This 
was E05 ("Cynthia"), the synthetic voice of the CIA station, presumable 
sending from the Warrington Training Cenmter, Virginia/USA, the 2nd 
transmitter of this station. The other one was in Europe, in the South of 
Frankfurt/Main in West Germany.

Do you have more vintage recordings, perhaps with German stations?
