[Spooks] Voice on HM01 9330, too (Was: HM01 10345khz now)

HM01's intermission (silent period) has proven interesting: I think
I've come across a phone conversation in Spanglish.

Here's to hoping that the 9065 KHz transmission (due to come up in
about half an hour) has a pristine signal.
