There's definitely a human voice on tonight's TX, I'm recording right now but I can't get a good signal here. it could be unrelated chatter or an adjacent broadcaster but the rhythm , cadance, and inflection sound like a male Cuban ＫＣ２ＴＴＫ／Ｍ
