[Spooks] [UDXF] UNID Spy Numbers Or Spoof 6955 AM 1527 UTC

Hi all,

It looks like a simple number/character sub. 1-26 = a-z.

Just for the fun of it I decoded it and here is what I came up with.......
Some of it didn't make sense but the middle of the text was a combo of
backwards/forward words;  "  CMD BUNNY FOR PRESIDENT  ".  Its a good
exercise in simple decoding for anyone who wants the practice.

Looks like the infamous Commander Bunny strikes again........  (grin)
