I just read your log

This is a Russian Air Force
station which uses several markers: W, K, L, R, N. Almost always followd
by messages, directly after the marker or a short time later. The use of
the markers is still unknown but could indicate a certain alert
situation or message priority. The N&O code form this one is M32c
