Sorry to hear that, Tracy. Bob was one of the editors of the WUN newsletter
and I know him well. Unfortunately we lost contact several years ago.

He will be missed

An early subscriber, Chief Bob Yellen, USNR(Ret), on one or both of these
lists has passed away after a full long life.

(Not sure about both lists, one subscription led to another I think.)

I hate to ask, but is there a form of final honor using ACP-135 jargon?
