[Spooks] N&O 194

Frequency, signal strength, and format is typical of M08a, but I don't recall the signal being sloppily sent. I forget the time-of-day for M08a transmission schedules though, and I can't be completely certain this is M08a until I do a little reading. I'm just hopping back into HF after a long break from listening, and I've fallen behind with schedule changes. But it's most likely M08a from Cuba.

Copied CW signal on 8008 KHz USB tonight at approximately 2015Z. Signal strength medium. CW sending kind of sloppy but appeared to be 5 letter groups. Signed off with AR SK. My QTH is Manchester NH. Thanks......Mark K1RMC
