[Spooks] V26 and HM01 9.153mhz

They were not both on 9153 kHz USB.  V26 was on 9153 kHz USB (and also 7553 
and 4283 kHz at the same time) however HM01 was on 9155 kHz AM.  The lower 
sideband of 9155 kHz AM puts the audio in about the same range as would be 
found on 9153 USB.
