[Spooks] Secret Transmission Detected From North Korea,

Well I listened into the Chinese language broadcast on 9445 and the Russian
broadcast on 11735 and 13760 at 0800 UTC. I listened through the martial
music and the songs to the glory of the Dear Leader on both LSB and USB
from a station in Hong Kong. I heard what might have been a very brief
digital burst right at the top of the hour on 11735, sounding similar to
the Japanese Slot machine, but it's difficult to tell. Voice & music are
clear on both LSB and USB; the dear leader's broadcast saturates both.

I imagine they'd coordinate the broadcast of numbers only during certain
times of the day so that their subs would know when to listen.
