[Spooks] Secret Transmission Detected From North Korea,

Sounds plausible to me. Because NK only has diesel subs, the NKs wouldn't
need to build a long wave transmitter system like the US and Soviet Union
did. Shortwave would suffice entirely, and numbers containing operating
instructions would be crude but effective. Hell those subs have very
limited range and probably snorkel with radio antennas above the surface.

I'm more intrigued that this was on the upper side band of the regular VOK
broadcast. I've gotten my fill of NK martial/Confucian music over the years
but just might need to tune in and listen again for myself on USB.
