Thanks, but  I know what barred letters are.  The list did not 
reproduced the letters I used accurately.  My question was  about 
whether these are Russian procedures (initial traffic group AAAAA/final 
group date-group count), still the same after 40+ years that I last 
heard them and nearly 25 years after the break-up of the Soviet Union
